Insurance Information

At Parra Counseling & Wellness Services, we accept various insurance plans and provide "Super Bills" for individuals with insurance plans allowing "Out of Network" benefits. Our licensed therapists offer intake sessions at $175 and follow-up sessions at $150. A Sliding Scale is available. Please ask your therapist or receptionist.

Payments for these sessions are due at the time of the session. If you require a receipt, Super Bill, or invoice, kindly communicate your preferences to your therapist or reception, and they will guide you through the process of obtaining the necessary forms.
